1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DevLingo Technologies ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the DevLingo mobile application ("App"). By using DevLingo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.5 One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit offers is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within DevLingo — including curriculum, quiz questions, Forge challenges, the Foxel mascot, animations, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of DevLingo Technologies and is protected by copyright law.

4. Subscriptions and Crew Plans

DevLingo offers Free, Pro, and Crew subscription plans. Subscription fees are processed through Razorpay.

Crew Plan Specifics:

Crew seats are permanent and non-transferable. Once a seat is filled by a member, it cannot be reassigned to a different user to prevent subscription abuse.

5. AI Tutor (Foxel)

Power by Google Gemini, Foxel AI generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. DevLingo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
