DevLingo sells digital goods and services including subscriptions and virtual items. As a general rule, all purchases of digital goods are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans

7-day refund window if Pro features not substantially used (defined as fewer than 3 lessons completed).

Annual Plans

14-day refund window from the date of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Contact support within 48 hours of renewal for one-time refund consideration.

3. Virtual Items (Gems & Sparks)

All one-time purchases (Gems, Power-ups) are non-refundable once credited to your account. Technical errors resulting in failed delivery will be resolved via account credit or refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email thedevlingo@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request — [Your Username]" and include your transaction ID.
